I made a tuition deposit to London College of Accountancy in 2004. Due to financial constraints I could not manage to raise funds for the complete course. The US govt granted me a green card and im studying here in the US. I have been making contacts with LCA regarding tuition deposit refund but the school has refused till i produce a VISA refusal letter. The embassy has refused to grant me a refusal letter because im already in school in the US. Please advise.
