I enrolled post graduate diploma course, management, from ICM with LITE and paid 3900 pounds.After LITE checked my educational documents they told me that I could start the course at the beginning of the January,2011.But a few weeks later LITE said to me that ICM did not accept me as I did not have relevant educational background* to the course.
(This what I think LITE made a big mistake,they should ensure that I have relevant background and if I do not have that they should not accept so I can find other courses)
As the result,I cannot study the course as the reason the college mentioned.LITE asked me to do graduate course for 2 years and I will be able to do postgraduate diploma course later.
But my aim is doing master degree in UK and now I have decided to study some where else.I have been trying to ask them for the refund but they did not answer that matter,they tried to give me others course which are not what I want.
Do I have right to get the refund in this case?

Talk to your agent who put you to thiS College. You might be enrolled for 3 year program of ICM which was Feaud and HC has refused Hundreds of Files once HC come to know about this.
Call your agent and ask for Help or send your family members to agent office and force him for Refund.
