hi
i was student of london college of business but after attending the first smester they refused me to give visa latter in january but on the time of enrollment the administration promised me to issue all the documents and ofcourse i told them about my visa expiry in september but in january after a long argument the administartion want 3000 pounds to issue me a visa letter but i refused to give them and i left the college and took addmission in university. in feburary i applied for further extension i got refusal on april from ukba on no manitaince of fund. i lodge an appeal against the decision and on 6th of august tribunal allow my appeal for reconsideration but till now havent heard any thing from ukba.
could any one plz help me about this matter when ukba gonna answer my appeal i am on my last smester. when i applied for extension i was doing my first smester but now i am in the middle of my last smester. i dont know how much time i will get from ukba bcz my expected date of finishing the course will be 30th january…
and also i want to comment on ukba crackdown against bogus collages. i think that system dosent work properly there are still so many institutes are running who are exploiting students and at the end who will be the victim only students.trusted or highly trusted these are only words. if anyone of you are the victim you can easily understand the system. mostly institutes already know the inspection date and time so they planned all the arrangements and even some institutes told the students if the officers came in and ask you anything you need to say in favor of us otherwise everybody get trouble. this is a real experience. i am strongly criticise on this system as well as those people who only run educational institutes just for the sake of money. and in my final words i would like to present a little advertisement hope people will understand.

3) couple of partners (if you have partners from different countries business will get some taste)
4) contacts with overseas people (especially people from developing countries)
5) get some affliation with any educational provider.
here they go ingredients are there a new college will be ready in no time and students are ready to slaughter…

James, there is no such rule. To my knowledge, students who are FINISHING their course by this year will get the PSW. No one in further batches is to get it. Do call up the college directly and confirm this, or step out to your local British Council / British Library. There are many people around who will take you for a ride, do some research on your own before you make a decision!

Dear
I am going to register for my MBA in LONDON COLLEGE OF BUSINESS.
The agent in my country ( Sri Lanka ) says it is highly trusted college and will help me finalize the documents to apply for two year work post work permit in UK.
I am coming there for the September intake in 2011.
I know the legislations are changing. But this agent tells me it’s not going to be a problem ,If I apply for it before july 2011.
I hear all bad comments about this institute and feel afraid to go there.
Could any one please inform the real situation of the college.
and the post work permit.

thanks irfan, it was so informative, now m applying for student visa nd looking for colleges but again..whn i select some college, later i came to know that its been suspended for a month by UKBA previously, now having difficulty in searching institutes, Can u suggest some colleges for PGD-level 7 in business mngment?
