I had taken the admission to the LCBM college uk,for the course DHR 1 year through Affordable colleges Ltd in April-2009,i had sent deposit of 700gbp initially & 50gbp for DHL courier,i had applied to the visa,but my visa got rejected as the course was not recognised.I had requested to college for refund,but i had not received any reply from college,as i mailed to the Mr.Quarsham I the concern person of the college severel times,but still today i have no any reply from the college.Now the college license has expired & all telephone lines are closed.please help me for my refund.

My student visa got rejected because my ICICI bank statement did not have a logo. i applied for AR but decision as upheld. now i asked my college to refund my 2000 pounds i submitted as a college fee but college principal or staff do not want to talk. they are not giving me any right answer.

This college has been closed. The director and other administrative staff of college did fraud with the students and agents, worked with them. They ran away after taking huge fee from students. Now they are millionare and spending a luxury life. UK education system is now not trust worthy as UK govt is supporting these culprits. We pray to God/Allah, pls dont let them (all culprits)go. They shouldnt enjoy other’s money like this. They should pay a heavy price for this. They are spending such money on their families, that are not theirs. We are sure, they and their families will in hell….!! Pls GOD/ALLAH dont let them go.

We have enough stuff to nail them but only thing we are aftraid is money as we are also investing good money for the bad money.
I did not hear that guy again who had the cheque. I fear not to share most of the case details as the culprits might be involved in this blog as well.

Dear ALL,
Me and Arvinder have taken severe action against the people with solicitor Hogan Lovells and I had a meeting with them today, but god knows what will happen. Since there is no money in their account, it is difficult to get money. Rather the solicitor because of fraudulent activities is going to make the director personally liable and then we can get our refuds. But the case is going to take some time and also cost some money. But do not worry, I am on the job.
If the fraud cheque is given to me, it makes our case stronger.

We are following up on the case through London Met Police and our solicitors in London. This would be a crucial evidence and we can this details as well. The bounced cheque is criminal offence. You can send us the list of your students and the cheque as well. Dear Singh,
Some months ago, LCBM had sent us a cheque as a refund of a student. The cheque was declared fradulent by the Bank and returned. This also shows that these are so doggy and fradulant. I have a copy of the cheque and I may provide you the original one with returned stamp by the bank. I believe, this evidence will be helpful to support us when we file the case through solicitor.

1.Reported to metro police.But they can’t help us yet.
2.Heir a solicitor.We have more than 200 students from punjab who will lodge case against them.
3. We have all information regarding there companies.(2 more)

Has the UKBA contacted him to inform him that his sponsor’s licence has been withdrawn?
His leave will have been limited. To what depends on how much time he had left to run: more or less than 6 months.
