  • Mageet those emails are useless … the site is closed down and the mails probably the same … anyway … they did what they did… I don’t think that anybody will answer our mails, only with stupid excuses….like… “sorry I left that college,I’m not working there anymore” … etc…

It’s strange because they looked like becoming more profesional everyday…. they expanded the college with new rooms, accreditation from that english university…etc … it’s very strange…but in the end…it’s a big scam …

  • I reported the matter to ASIC/ UKBA and several other govt. organisations apart from Police. This is the reply from ASIC.

Emails Ids and cell numbers wont help. I have everything but even if they are in front of you, you can’t say anything to them. This is a fraud and if this is proved, that is the only key to nail them. Just tell me HOW????

    Dear Sir/Madam,

ASIC has now withdrawn accreditation from this College. The Directors are not responding to any attempts made at contacting them. I suggest that you seek legal advice for this issue.

    Best Regards

  • Kpleah/ Daniel,

I have list and details of 200 students with me from Punjab, India only. Jasim lives on the opposite lane to Goodmays Park. I went to this place and his house is being renovated.

I have much more information but its of no use as this is just a “bloody civil case”.

  • Arvinder, I live just 10-15 minutes away from LCBM on High Road Leytonstone so in that area

Daniel, the problem is that it will be hard to find all the students… maybe if we go at LCBM and leave there some leaflets or stick a poster to gather as many as we can to have a discussion together,to try to find the best way… and probably will need some legal advice…maybe one of you have any friends which are solicitors or lawyers and can give us an advice in this “very nice” problem that we all have…

By the way… I told you that I called Qursham and that he answer…

  • Lucky,

That wont help. They have the old addresses only. I have the information from companies house and now Jasim is not the director. The new director is Nadeem Nabi and he was once themarketing manager for LCBm and is good friend of Jasim and Co. All of these are brothers or cousins of each other and Jasim is a Pakistani citizen and resident in UK.

  • LCBM owner was JASIM Iqbal, QARUSUM and FAISAL SHaukat. These culprits have run away with all the money and the fact of the matter is that these are all British National, therefore dont expect anything from UK GOVT. They all live in East London. All i can tell u is to go on www.192.com and get their address and details and visit them in person.

    good Luck

  • Dear Daniel,
We have sent the fees of 3 students to London college of Business and Management. For a long time (4months) students did not get any visa decision due to the college suspension. So, My students decided to withdraw their visa application from BHC. They withdrew and applied for refunds 3 months ago. But the college nither replies the email not pick up the phone. We are really in problem. Could you please help us if we send all the proofs needed for refunds. I came to know from a student of the college that Qursham has not left the college. He met qursham at the college on Last Friday.
All the administrators of the college are together are
giving false information to the students. They are doing fraudulant jobs and making the students fool. We expect your help on this matter.

Arvinder … can you give more infos?…can you tell us who to contact…or to meet your group to try to do something about this together?

    • Dear Kpleh,

As I told you earlier as well that the college people have shut it. The college is closed for couple of days.

Where are you based in? We have filed a case in court as well .

    • Hi Kpleah

I think the best course of action to take would be a collective of all students who have been affected, beginning a legal case against the Director’s and/or company. The only problem is if the company is limited by shares; in this case, Director’s will not be liable for the company’s liabilities. There would certainly have to be some research done before a suitable remedy could be found. So, the best thing first would be to get all students together.

  • the college is shut down and the people runing it have run away with the money of hundreds of students.

We have lodged a police complaint as well but the police is not taking any action as this is a civil case and obviously, the students can’t fight it.

We are fighting the case as well but the UK govt wont help in this matter as the money is in UK only and will be used by the UK nationals only.

We trusted the system as we checked the college is duly listed in the list of sponsers as A rated and suddenly, it is out of the list.
