Hi,
I applied for Master of Business Administration in Cavendish College for Jan 2010 intake. I submitted my documents on 13th Jan 2010 to VFS office in New Delhi. After that college was take out of UKBA’s sponser list and my application was on hold by Home office. I was not informed by college about that. After checking on UKBA’s website, I found that college is not in their sponser list anymore. I contacted addmission officer and he told me that college will be on list after few days and asked me to hold on with the application. I have sent emails to Home office but not getting any response about my application. Everytime I phone college they ask me to hold on with my application and it will be procesesed for next intake. After waiting for more than 7 months, I have sent my withdrawl request to Home office New Delhi on 16th July 2010. Still waiting for home office’s decision about my withdrawl request. In my case can college deduct the money? and is there anyway I can make a complain about the college?

please advice!!
My cousin who applied for student visa to UK was sponsored by a college in ealing -london. he paid the fees£3500 (no need to say that his mom is a teacher and his dad’s passed away,so the money was borrowed from everywhere)
his visa was refused and then he requested the refund of fees from the college. the college stated that they have issuse with the agency that my cousin was with therefore no refund will be make. the college is a highly trusted college and is on the UKBA list A grad. i spoke to the college , they are not taking any action and not replying to email/calls.
please advice if I can contact someone or UKBA or anyone to resolvethis matter.coz my cousin is suisidal.

Hi,
My college name is LONDON SCHOOL OF SCHOLARS, my college is harrasing us (students) in giving certificates. We all have paid our fees as agreed before. Now when we are asking our certificates they are asking to pay more £1,000 more. But no student is having so much money to pay except our life’s. This college is playing with our career and life. hi i am international student in uk just extend my visa last year , now i am studying acca but i came to know my sponser college cant run acca according to new rule ,,, if i change my sponser i again have to apply for visa bt i still got 2 yrs visa and i also need ielts to extend visa but my ielts validity expire 2 month ago . my sponser college is taking advantage of it and ask for fully course fee before college starts but i dnt know college gonna close or what we request for installment also but they reject we are group of student of 20 but still they ignore it because they know we have no any option . can u please give some suggestion what i must do in this sort of problem and lastly i want to suggest other students london college of engineering and management is worse college i ever seen in my life they hire cheap lecture and change lecture time to time they are concern only about money their service is very worse they never listen student complains and their staff are also very careless everything is very shit i hope no one will get admission in this college … dont waste ur money guys we r trap here want to be out soon …

These people are reali reali busy with making money. No one again to get the Maters Degree at the end of the day. They will be fail you, that they can get the re-submission money. Some paki and Srilankan crooks are there to squeeze you blood out. v. v. Bad.

This Guys John Sanders is a big crook,this college is committed in making money thats it,they pass student who hardly knows to read or speak english let alone speaking and fail student who are really committed in doing so .I have a friend who studied in this fake college who left his good job to persue MBA in this crook college ,they purposely failed him just show off that they are very committed to provide good education and then when he went to them they demanded money from him, that poor guys tried to commit sucide coz he had to pay off his debt back home.he had kept his house as a security with the bank and coz of this bloody dodgy college he couldnt repay back his loan.we friend all helped him to repay his loan when at the end of the day he totally depressed . i should really warn people plz plz dont not take admission in college coz at the end you would face utter disappointment coz u will never get ur degree.we have gather many a proof against this bloody college and will formally register a case against this college so that an innocent person’s career is not ruined .

Trinity college of Management and IT has not refunded a lot of students money. The owner Mr. Umang shah is a cheater and fraud, and very surprise that these people immigration close old college and these people open new college wit new name and immigration allow them.

Trinity is not owned by Umang Shah its owned by Darpan shah the same owner of LTC,Trinity and unity all his colleges are shut bcoz he was involved in wrong doings. go to bbc website and type darpan shah u get evrything abt him. this man Umang Shah must be his relative they leave in Vadodara gujrat, catch him if u can.These are the bastards who cheat they own people just to make some quick money.

This is wrong. Colleges are stealing from students and no-one is protecting them. Have you spoken to the college yet?. It is unfortunate that you are not in England, if you hear we could try to confront Cavendish College.
