Dear Sir
We 3 friends applied to Central Greenwich College, but our visa was refused on student1: no assessment, student2: can not verify Punjab School Education Board Certificate, student3: cannot verify bank statements.
We all three students have paid £7500 as deposit, its lots of money saved by our parents in India. Now college is not giving us any refund.
Please help me its lots of money, we tried to speak to Mr Ali, the director, but he ignore us.
If we look at the refund policy of CGC, there is nothing mentioned, it only mentioned when the document are false but our document are not false.
Is there any legal way to get money from college. Please help.

Make a complain to the UKBA, kindly send us your complain we will take to the UKBA, also we can offer no win no fee basis to pursue the colleges for such acts

Crown International College, the case is already with us for refunds, and I do not know what are you guys waiting for to happen. Daniel, all these people need your help to get them out of trouble for refunds and we can really help them without any upfront charge not even a single penny

Hi sam I have the same problem . If the college is accredited by Asic make a complaint to kate at katem@asic.org.uk she will be able to help you. Also if you can contact a solicitor in the uk. I was thinking that we are so many students who are having trouble with these colleges. We cam write a letter to the homeoffice complaining about them or we could all write a complaint to asic about these colleges
