Its been more than 6 months since I filed for the tuition fee refund in Impact International College. I ask for the consultancy to follow up this school but it seems that the school got no plans in refunding my tuition fee.

Hi Daniel,
i got refused for my tier 4 visa for not having enough maintenace fund in my account which i was misinformed by the school agent which is Pinnacle international college london, i requested for a new CAS which i was told to pay £2000 for it meanwhile the course i applied for was for £3575 which i paid in full,when i refuse to pay the £2000 for the new CAS i requested for a refund of my tuition fee.the school sent me a letter just on 28/10/2011 that the tuition fee which i paid is now £3,500 instead of £3,575 which was stated clearly in both their offer letter and CAS statement and that a sum of £750 will be deducted from the money that it is their administrative fee, please i know that schools dont take more than £200 for administrative fee incase of refund and where did the £75 in my £3575 go to?

The Anglian College London was paid two tuition fees as desired by them for GBP 5000 AND GBP 3730 Vide their refrence no.

i’m studying in north west college london…after holidays they merger in north west college reading… september last in holidays they send me formal warning letter for attendance…next day i went to college the college principal said
its not in my hand speak to sushma she is student affair manager…on 7th september they confirm my attendance for oyster card to tfl…on 29 september they send me letter in which they confirm my attendance is satisfactory…
